The scanner needs less than three seconds to scan the largest format of 18.5 x 25 inches in plain mode at 300dpi and only 12 seconds in 3D mode at 600dpi.

The WideTEK® 36 MFS solution offers the smallest single footprint MFP system on the market. Image Access WideTEK36 C CIS Scanner

The WideTEK® 36C-300 is by far the fastest CIS scanner available on the market, running at 6.4 inches per second at 200 dpi in color, 4.3 inches per second at 300 dpi in color and 2.1 inches per second at 600 dpi in color. Grayscale and binary speeds are doubled, but are limited to 10 inches per second at 200 dpi to ensure safe paper handling. All of these speeds are guaranteed due to the Scan2Net technology integrated in the scanner´s own built-in PC. It is a true standalone system, capable of scanning directly to FTP servers, USB drives, to cloud applications in the internet or copying to plotters directly, without the need for an extra PC.

Illuminated by more than 1000 LEDs, it produces extraordinarily sharp and crisp images, with color accuracy even superior to many CCD scanners. Document rotation can be done without any penalty, enabling a scan of an E-sized document in portrait mode at 400 dpi color in 15 seconds. The same scan in 400 dpi turbo quality mode takes only 8 seconds.

Image Access WideTEK 36DS Scanner

WideTEK® 36 DS - the world´s first wide format duplex scanner for digitization of two sided printed documents up to 36 inches (915 mm) in width. At a resolution of 300 dpi the scanner needs only 2.5 seconds to scan the front and back sides of a newspaper page in a single pass through the scanner.

The idea of double sided scanning in one production step primarily means less production effort: The document no longer needs to be flipped over and scanned again on the other side. That makes the scanner an ideal companion for press clipping, archiving and library services.

The WideTEK® 36-200 wide format CCD color scanner scans documents up to 36 inches wide (915 mm) and nearly unlimited length. Scanning at astonishing high speeds even in color, the WideTEK® 36 is quiet and compact, making it ideal for applications in any office or production environment.

State of the art illumination using bright white LEDs guarantees long lifetime and a low cost of ownership, since there are practically no consumables necessary over the life of the product.

The cutting edge camera technology, consisting of a dust-protected, hermetically sealed camera box holding CCD systems which use a patented stitching procedure, delivers a resolution of up to 1200 optical dpi.

Image Access WideTEK42/48 Scanner

WideTEK® 42 and WideTEK® 48 wide format CCD scanners digitize documents up to 42 or 48 inches wide (1070 or 1270 mm) quietly and at astonishingly fast speeds. State of the art illumination using bright white LEDs guarantees long lifetime and best scan results at a very low noise level in spite of the high speed.
The camera technology used in Image Access scanners consists of a dust-sealed camera box holding CCD systems and using a patented stitching method, for resolutions up to 1200 dpi.
The user operates the scanner either with a web browser or via the built-in touchscreen. A preview monitor directly connected to the scanner can be used for image control or to modify the scan without a client PC and without having to rescan. Up to 30 password protected jobs can be defined and stored, making WideTEK® 42/48 perfect for large format scanning in offices or for production service providers scanning high volumes.
